How to fix error 77 on prepaid meter Error 77 occurs when the user interface unit is not able to communicate with the meter. To fix this error, you need to dial ‘’0 Meter Number 0 Meter Number’’ and then tap on the enter tab and the error will be fixed. For instance, let's assume your meter number is 67435987346. To fix this error 77, just dial 067435987346067435987346 and press enter, and the error will be cleared. How to Fix Error 06 on Prepaid Meter This error occurs when the card is faulty.
